Building Services – New Construction Of Sports Hall And After-School Care Center In Markt Glonn - Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment Hls For Service Phases 1 - 9. New Construction Of A Sports Hall And After-School Care Center In Markt Glonn - Specialist Planning For Technical Equipment Hls For Performance Phases 1 - 9 -- The Municipality Is Planning To Build A Double Gymnasium With Integrated Child Care On The Southern Part Of The Existing Sports Area On Brüder Scholl-Straße. The Basis For This Is A Local Council Resolution From February 2025, According To Which The General Feasibility Of The Project Was Examined. As Part Of A Feasibility Study, A Concept With Visualizations Was Created And Presented To The Local Council, Taking Into Account Basic Fire Protection And Static Requirements. A Combination Of School And Sporting Use As Well As Childcare Within A Shared Building Is Planned. Sports Use Should Be Located On The Ground And Upper Floors, While Childcare Rooms Are Planned For The Attic. The Sports Hall Is Planned To Be Accessed Via Zwilling-Scholl-Straße. Childcare Should Be Accessible Directly From The School Premises, Without Crossing Public Transport Areas. The Children Are Also Planned To Be Picked Up Via Zwilling-Scholl-Straße. Barrier-Free Access And Delivery Should Take Place Via Wiesmühlstrasse. A Predominantly Solid Wooden Construction With Generous Glazing Areas Is Planned. The Project Has Increased Technical And Planning Requirements. The Property Is Located Within A Designated Flood Zone. In The Course Of Further Planning, Extensive Water Law And Flood Protection Issues Must Be Taken Into Account. In The Previous Planning, The Entrances To The Building Were Planned To Be Approx. 70 Cm Above Ground Level. Retention Areas Lost As A Result Of The Project Must Be Compensated For Within The Flood Plain. The Community Will Also Get Involved In Water Law Issues. In Addition, There Are Demanding Geotechnical Boundary Conditions. According To Current Knowledge, There Is No Immediately Stable Subsoil. It Can Be Assumed That Measures For Soil Improvement Or Deep Foundations Will Be Necessary, Although Stable Soil Layers Can Probably Only Be Reached At A Depth Of Around 8 M. Due To The Location In The Flood Area, It Can Also Be Assumed That Parts Of The Building In The Lower Area Will Have To Be Manufactured Accordingly. The Legal Requirements, Especially The Geg, Should Be Adhered To. So That The Glonn Market Can Financially Realize The Construction Project, Funding According To Fag Is The Top Priority. -- The Subject Of The Order Is The Services Of The Specialist Planning Technical Equipment Hls Of Service Phases 1 - 9 According To Hoai 2021. The Commission Is Carried Out In Stages In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai. In The Event Of An Order, Stage 1, Service Phases 1 And 2, Are Commissioned As The First Stage. The Au Decides Whether To Commission Additional Service Levels
