Software Programming And Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement For The Further Development Of The Crm System (Especially The Project Database For The Specialist Programs) Based On Microsoft Dynamics 365 Crm. The Subject Of The Award Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract (Evb-It Service Contract) For The Further Development Of Engagement Globals Existing Crm System Based On Microsoft Dynamics 365 Crm. The Crm System Consists Of The Following Sub-Areas: Contact Management System, Event Management System, Inquiry Management System As Well As Carrier Audit And In Particular The Project Database. The Range Of Services Covered By The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded Includes The Following Five Service Areas: - Switching To The Microsoft Azure Cloud, - Establishing A Portal For Online Applications, - Development Of New Modules And Further Development Of Existing Functions, - Development And Further Development Of Interfaces To Other Systems And - Further Development And Support Of The Existing Crm System. For Details, Please Refer To The Service Description. The Term Of The Framework Contract Is To Be 48 Months And Will Begin When The Contract Is Awarded (Probably At The Beginning Of September 2026). During The Term, Engagement Global Is Entitled, But Not Obliged, To Provide Services Of Up To 184 Person-Days For Consulting/Conception/Project Management And Up To 798.5 Person-Days For Development/Technical Implementation.
