School Meals – The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Supply And Delivery Of Cold Meals And Snacks For The School Restaurant And Leisure Reception In The Town Of Crespieres (78). This Framework Agreement Is Awarded Following A Formalized Procedure Such As An Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 And R2162-2 To R2162-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Executed Using Purchase Orders With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Of 400,000 Euros Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract In Application Of Articles R.2162-4 Paragraph 2, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One (1) Year From Its Notification Date, Renewable 3 Times. The Framework Agreement Will Be Renewed Annually By Tacit Decision Of The Contracting Authority. Non-Renewal Is Subject To An Express Decision By The Contracting Authority Sent No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Current Period.
