The Following Services Are Required, Among Others: - Maintenance, Care, Support (Help Desk System), Troubleshooting As Well As Optimization, Further Development And Updating Of The It Environment. - Advising The Client On It Issues And Projects. - Support In The Provision Of Specialist Applications As Well As Content Support Upon Request Of Specialist Applications. - Core Of The Data Center - Care, Support And Expansion Of Storage Based On An Existing Netapp Cluster. - Supporting The Clients It Staff In All Of The Areas Mentioned. - Technical Support And Qualification Of The Clients It Staff In The Work And Handling Of It Systems And Specialist Applications That Are Used And To Be Used. - Preparation And Implementation Of It Infrastructure Renovations (See 3.5 And 4 Of The Service Description). - Participation In Official Moves Related To The It Area (Data Center/Users/Workplace Technology).
