The Contract Is Not Broken Down Into Tranches, Nor Allocated Within The Meaning Of Articles L.2113-10, L.2113-11, R.2113-2 And R.2113-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, Because The Object Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. This Contract Is A Single-Awardee Framework Agreement For Services Treated At Mixed Prices: • It Is Treated At A Fixed Price For Surveillance, Security, Guarding And Maintenance Of Fire And Technical Safety Services For The Palais Des Sports And The Citée Des Sports Of The City Of Issy-Les-Moulineaux. • It Is At Unit Prices Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders, Concluded, Without Minimum, For A Maximum Annual Amount Of 150,000 Euros Excluding Tax On The Basis Of Unit Prices Detailed In The Unit Price Schedule, For Occasional Additional Services On These Two Sites Or For Certain External Events Requiring It. The Contract Will Take Effect From Its Notification Date, For A Period Of 1 Year, Renewable 3 Times By Tacit Renewal, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years.
