The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Tasks: 1.1. Task 1 (Zdit): Reconstruction Of Ul. Retkińska On The Section From Ul. Wyszyńskiego To Ul. Krzemieniecka. The Scope Of Task 1 Includes Construction Works Including Reconstruction Of The Street Over A Length Of Approximately 1,200 M, Demolition Works, Road Drainage, Reconstruction Of The Road In The Kr4 Structure, Construction Of A Roundabout Ring And An Island In The Kr4 Structure, Construction Of Bus Stop Aprons, Reconstruction Of The Surface Of Bicycle Paths/Pedestrian Routes/Sidewalks (Designed Bituminous Surface, Reinforced Structure At Exits), Reconstruction Existing Sidewalks, Exits, Construction Of Tgsi Indicator Tiles, Reconstruction Of Lawns In The Road, Construction Of Street Lighting, Reconstruction Of Conflicts And Protection Of Power Networks, Reconstruction Of Traffic Lights As Part Of The Construction Of Power Supply For Bicycle Counters, Purchase And Installation Of Bicycle Counters, Reconstruction Of Urban Monitoring, Street Drainage, Gas Network, Height Regulation Of Network Infrastructure And Underground Installations And/Or Replacement Of Telecommunication And Electrical Well Covers, Marking Horizontal, Dismantling The Damaged And Installing New Vertical Markings, Installation Of Street Furniture Elements, Installation Of Road Safety Devices, Including Prefabricated Berlin Cushions. The Scope Of Work Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Substructures, Surfaces, Traffic Safety Devices, Street Elements, Road Greenery And Other Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Design Documentation And Stwiorb). 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 4. The Term Modernization Means Renovation Or Reconstruction Or Construction In Accordance With The Definitions Contained In Art. 3 Of The Construction Law.
