The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of The Electronic National Register Of Transport Information, Which Will Serve As A National Access Point In The Sense Of Directive Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu) No. 2023/2661 Amending Directive 2010/40/Eu On The Framework For The Introduction Of Intelligent Transport Systems In The Field Of Road Transport And Interfaces With Other Modes Of Transport (Hereinafter Referred To As Directive (Eu) No. 2023/2661) And Related Delegated Regulations (Delegated Regulations No. 885/2013, 886/2013, 2022/670 And 2024/490), Which Is Intended To Be A Single Access Point For Data Users To Static, Historical, Observed And Dynamic Travel Data And Traffic Information On Different Modes Of Transport According To The Above-Mentioned Directive And Subsequent Delegated Regulations.
