The Following Types Of Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Carrying Out Technical Control During The Design And Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Compliance Of An Investment Project With The Essential Requirements For Constructions According To Art. 142, Para. 5, Para. 6, Item 2, Para. 10 And Para. 11 In Connection With Art. 142, Para. 4 Of The Zut. Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of An Investment Project In Accordance With The Ll. All Parts Of The Investment Project, Which Are Grounds For Issuing A Construction Permit, Are Evaluated For Their Compliance With The Basic Requirements For Construction. The Scope Of The Activities For The Preparation Of The Complex Report For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Complex Project For An Investment Initiative With The Essential Requirements For Constructions Includes Checking For Compliance With: - The Provisions Of The Detailed Development Plan; - The Rules And Regulations For The Organization Of The Territory; - The Requirements Under Art. 169 Of The Zut; - The Mutual Coherence Between The Parts Of The Project; - Completeness And Structural Compliance Of Engineering Calculations; - Other Specific Requirements For Certain Types Of Construction According To A Regulatory Act, If There Are Any For The Site; - The Requirements Of Administrative Acts That Have Entered Into Force, Which, Depending On The Type And Size Of The Construction, Are A Necessary Condition For Permitting Construction Under The Environmental Protection Act, The Biological Diversity Act, The Cultural Heritage Act Or Another Special Law, As Well As Reflecting The Measures And Conditions Of These Acts In The Project; All Documents (Graphical And Textual) Of The Complex Report Are Signed And Stamped By The Manager Of The Executor Of This Order Or The Official Representative In The Absence Of A Management Body.  Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 166 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut).
