Social Work Services – Home Help Service (Sad) Of The Vendrell City Council. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Management Of The Home Help Service (Sad) In Its Two Types Of Service: - Personal Care, As The Main Service, Which Includes Social And Family Support, And Relationship With The Environment. - Home Help (Cleaning), As A Complementary Service. The Sad Is Aimed At People Residing And Registered In The Municipality Of Vendrell Who Are Proposed By The Basic Social Services (Ssb) Of The Vendrell City Council, After Studying And Assessing The Situation And Preparing The Corresponding Intervention Proposal, To Address The Personal, Socio-Educational And Home Care Needs Derived From Their Dependency Situation And/Or Risk Situation, Lack Of Autonomy And/Or Vulnerability. The Sad Is Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law 12/2007, Of October 11, On Social Services; Law 39/2006, Of December 14, On The Promotion Of Personal Autonomy And Care For People In A Situation Of Dependency, And Decree 142/2010, Of October 11, Which Approves The Portfolio Of Social Services, Within The Framework Of Municipal Powers. This Contract Refers Exclusively To Sad And In No Case Does It Refer To Support And Healing Technology Services. The Territorial Area In Which The Sad Must Be Provided Is In The Municipality Of Vendrell. The Sad Object Of The Contract Is Regulated By The Regulation Approved By The Plenary Session Of The Municipal Corporation On January 31, 2012 (Bopt Number 103 Of May 4, 2012). At The Municipal Level, The Sad, Which Entails Direct Benefits In Favor Of The Citizens In Accordance With Article 312 Of The Lcsp, Is Regulated In The Regulations For The Home Care Service Initially Approved By The Municipal Plenary On January 31, 2011 And Published The Full Text Of The Regulations For The Home Care Service, Which Has Been Definitively Approved On May 4, 2012 To The Bopt.
