Earthmoving Work – Framework Agreement For Carrying Out Finishing Scraping Operations On The Surface Coal Present On The Montoir De Bretagne Coal Yard And Backfilling For Yards 1 To 4. The Services Relate To The Finishing Scraping Of The Surface Coal Present On The Montoir De Bretagne Coal Yard And Backfilling, Yards 1 To 4. The Services Include In Particular The Following Work: Scraping Of The Coal Sub-Layer Present On The 4 Yards (N°1, N°2, N°3, N°4), At Otcm Coal. The Transfer Of The Scraped Coal To Part Of The Park, In Order To Be Taken Up By A Wheel Excavator To Be Exported, The Backfilling Of The Excavated Parts Of The Park, Up To The Altimetry Of The Natural Terrain. The Thicknesses Of Coal Recorded By Surveys In The Storage Area Vary Between 0 And 2.5 M Depending On The Park. The Main Objective Of The Scraping Operation Is To Scrape As Much Recoverable Coal As Possible And To Limit As Much As Possible The Volume Of Coal Mixed With The Natural Soil.
