If Anywhere In The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And The Ordering Party Allows Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That Equivalent Solutions Will Guarantee The Implementation Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Will Ensure That The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Tor Are Met To An Equivalent Extent.
