The Subject Of The Order Is A Printing Service For The Tax Administration Chamber In Lublin And Its Subordinate Organizational Units. 2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Leasing And Comprehensive Service Of 469 Pieces Of Stationary Multifunctional And Printing Devices, Including Devices Printing On Envelopes And Return Receipt Forms; 2) Leasing And Comprehensive Service Of 13 Mobile Thermal Printers; 3) Comprehensive Servicing Of 132 Pieces Of Stationary Devices Of The Ordering Party 4) Provision Of Consumables For 76 Pieces Of Inkjet Mobile Printers Of The Ordering Party And 14 Pieces Of Stationary Printers Used By The Ordering Party, Owned By The Lublin Border Crossing Services Authority In Chełm; 5) Providing Consumables (A4 Thermal Paper) For 5 Pcs. Of The Ordering Partys Own Mobile Thermal Printers. 6) Ensuring The Possibility Of Printing, Printing On Envelopes And Return Acknowledgments Of Receipt, Copying And Scanning Documents On Leased Devices (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contractors Devices) And The Ordering Partys Own Devices (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Partys Devices); 7) On-Site Training Of The Ordering Partys Designated Employees In The Basic Operation Of The Device; 8) Providing, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, A Platform For Reporting Device Failures. 3. A Detailed Description And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Contract - Together With Annexes. 4. Additional Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract Are Specified In Chapter. Iv Section 3 Of The Swz And In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Agreement.
