This Contract Notice, Launched Under A Negotiated Procedure By Ratp Expertises In The Name And On Behalf Of Ratp Cap Idf, Aims To Establish A Single-Award Tranche Contract For The Supply And Installation Of Renewal Of Street Furniture On The Tvms Own Site For The Ratp Cap Pompadour Subsidiary. The Contract Takes The Form Of A Tranche Contract Concluded For A Firm Period Of 36 Months From Its Signature Date. The Contract Is Concluded With A Minimum Amount Corresponding To The Firm Tranche And With A Maximum Amount Corresponding To The Firm Tranche As Well As The Optional Tranches Described Below As Well As In The Consultation Documents. The Scope Of The Renewal Of The Furniture At The Lines Stopping Points Includes In Particular: In Firm Phase: - The Renewal Of The 118 Bus Shelters On The Tvm Line. - The Removal Of The 8 Shelters (2X4) From The Carrefour Pompadour And Carrefour De La Résistance Stations. - The Removal Of Existing Trash Cans And The Renewal Of 84 Double Waste Receptacles - The Integration In The New Shelters Of A Support Adapted To Attaching The Traveler Information Terminal In Place In The Existing Shelters - The Furniture Installed Will Not Be Equipped With Advertising. In Optional Phase: - Optional Phase 1: The Supply And Installation Of 38 Shelters On Line 393 On The Same Model As The Tvm Line. This Phase Will Require A Study Phase Prior To Supply And Installation. The Holder Will Include The Cost Of This Study Phase In Its Offer. - Optional Phase 2: The Installation Of A New Adhesive On The Installed Furniture And The Embellishment Of The Tvm Totems. - Optional Phase 3: Adhesive Signage For The 38 Shelters On Line 393. This Consultation Includes A Basic Solution (Sb) And A Mandatory Alternative Solution (Sao). The Alternative Solution Only Concerns The Firm Tranche And Optional Tranche N°1. Bidders Are Required To Submit A Technical And Financial Offer For The Sb And The Sao. Bidders Who Do Not Submit A So-Called Complete Offer (Sb + Sao) Will Have Their Offer Rejected In Its Entirety. The Criteria For Selecting Applications Are Set Out In The Consultation Regulations (Rc). Ratp Reserves The Right, If It Deems It Appropriate, To Award The Contract Following The First Offers Without Resorting To Negotiations.
