Horticultural Services - Implementation Of Green Measures Under The Project Implementation Of A New Approach To Improve Air Quality In The Territory Of The City Of Veliko Tarnovo, Financed Under Procedure Bg16ffpr002-5.012 Green Measures In The Urban Environment (5), Under Priority 5 Air Of The Program Environment 2021-2027 In The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. The Purpose Of The Procedure Is To Contribute To The Improvement Of Atmospheric Air Quality (Aq) By Reducing The Excessive Levels Of Fine Dust Particles (Fpc10) On The Territory Of A Municipality With Impaired Air Quality According To This Indicator In The Period 2017-2021. Secondary Dusting Contributes To The Registered Excessive Levels Of Fpc10. Support For Greening Measures In Urban Environments Will Have A Positive Impact. The Focus Is On Hcv Through Priority Investments In Plant Species With The Highest Degree Of Efficiency In Terms Of Capturing Fp10 And Purifying The Air Naturally. The Procedure Aims To Contribute Directly To The Achievement Of The Objectives Of Priority 5 Of The Pes 2021-2027 And, In Particular, To The Achievement Of The Indicators, As Well As The Objective Of The National Air Pollution Control Program, Namely - Reduction Of Pollution By Ffp10, As Well As To The Implementation Of Priority Actions In The Review Of The Implementation Of Eu Policies In The Area Of The Environment (Epep) From 2019, Noted In The Report For Bulgaria, And Namely: To Accelerate The Reduction Of Emissions And The Concentration Of Dust Particles (Fpc 2.5 And Fpc 10). The Measures Under The Current Procedure, Together With Other Measures Supported By Various Sources Of Funding Under European And National Programs, As Well As With Funds From The Municipal Budget, Are Expected To Contribute To The Fulfillment Of The Countrys Commitments To Improve Air Quality Management, As Well As Goals Arising From National Legislation - Ordinance No. 12 Of 15.07.2010 On Norms For Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Fine Dust Particles, Lead, Benzene, Carbon Monoxide And Ozone In Atmospheric Air, Which Transposes Directive 2008/50/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 21 May 2008 On Ambient Air Quality And Cleaner Air For Europe (Directive 2008/50/Ec). Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, The Following Activities Should Be Carried Out: 1. Preparation Of An Updated Planting Drawing After Coordination For Underground Infrastructure, To Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority Before Starting The Planting Activities. 2. Site Preparation Activities 3. Delivery, Planting And Strengthening Of Tree, Shrub, Semi-Shrub And Herbaceous Species And Weeding, For All Land Properties United In 30 Zones 4. Delivery And Installation Of Irrigation Systems For Newly Planted Vegetation 5. Delivery And Installation Of Perforated Plates, Curbs And Parking Restrictions All Planned Activities And Their Quantity Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement.
