The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Transport Services In The Field Of Public Collective Transport In The Podegrodzie Commune, On Lines P1–P5 Specified In This Opz. Transport Services Will Be Provided Using Electric Buses Purchased Under Co-Financing From The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan (Kpo), Intended For The Implementation Of The Project: Purchase Of Zero-Emission Extra-Urban Buses For The Podegrodzie Commune As Part Of The Investment E1.1.2 Zero And Low-Emission Public Transport. These Buses Constitute Rolling Stock Intended For Transport Under This Order And Must Be Used In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Applicable Law. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 4.5. Moreover, Under The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Use Buses And Charging Points, Including Service, And Perform Warranty Repairs In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle In The Scope Of The Following Environmental Objectives: A) Mitigation Of Climate Change - Ensuring That Activities Related To The Operation And Maintenance Of The Rolling Stock And Vehicle Charging Points Will Not Contribute To Deepening Climate Change Through Excessive Exhaust Emissions. B) Adaptation To Climate Change - Ensuring That Rolling Stock Is Resistant To Climate Changes, Such As Extreme Temperatures, Heavy Rainfall And Snowfall, And Other Weather Phenomena. C) Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Marine Resources - Ensuring That The Operation And Maintenance Of Rolling Stock And Vehicle Charging Points Does Not Lead To Pollution Of Surface Waters, Groundwater Or A Reduction In The Availability Of Water Resources. D) Circular Economy, Including Waste Prevention And Recycling - Ensuring Minimization Of Waste Generation And Promoting Recycling Of Materials Used In The Production Of Materials Used In The Operation And Maintenance Of Vehicle Charging Points. E) Prevention And Control Of Air, Water Or Land Pollution - Limiting The Negative Impact Of Activities On The Environment By Preventing Air, Water And Land Pollution.
