The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Installation Of Furniture Equipment For The Student Dormitories Of The University Of Opole. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1.1 To The Swz. 1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor. 2. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As To Install It In Accordance With The Visualizations Constituting An Attachment To The Documentation (If Applicable), And To Perform All Activities Aimed At Putting The Subject Of The Order Into Use By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In Point. 4. If Additional Materials, Assembly Or Connection Are Required For The Supplied Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer. 3. The Contractor Must Offer To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order With The Offer. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates (Including In The Field Of Safety, It Must Comply With Ce Standards In The Field Of Safety Of Electrical Devices - If Applicable). 4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All The Requirements Of A Safe Product In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2023/988 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 10 May 2023 On General Product Safety, Amending Regulation (Eu) No 1025/2012 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Directive (Eu) 2020/1828 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Repealing Directive 2001/95/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Council Directive 87/357/Eec Of 10 May 2023 (Oj Eu No. 135, P. 1). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Subject Of The Order (In Particular, Unrepaired, Unrefabricated, Not Exhibited, Previously Unused) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And Compliant With The Opz. 5. Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order 5.1. The Contractor Provides A Twenty-Four [24] Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order. 5.2. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 5.1 Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include In His Offer A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, But No Longer Than: 48 Months, Chapter I Point. 19.2.3. Swz Applies. 5.3.
