Construction Work – Reunion (974) - Fazsoi - Construction Of A Did And Cmia Building Global Sectoral Market For Design, Construction, Development, Upkeep And Maintenance (Ccaem). The Contract Concerns The Construction Of A Building Housing The Services Of The Defense Infrastructure Directorate And The Inter-Army Medical Center In Saint-Denis De La Réunion (974). The Contract Includes Project Management Mission Elements. Management Of Work Execution Will Be Maintained Within The Project Management Team. The Services Are Divided Into 3 Detailed Positions: - Position 1: Apd And Pro Design - Position 2: Construction And Development - Position 3: Upkeep, Operation And Maintenance. To Achieve These Objectives, The Defense Infrastructure Directorate Of Saint-Denis Has Chosen To Use A Global Sectoral Public Procurement, As Defined And Regulated By Article L.2171-4-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R.2122-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, It Will Be Possible To Use The Negotiated Contract Procedure Without Competitive Bidding For The Subsequent Provision Of Services Similar To Those Of The Contract, Provided That The Corresponding Contract(S) Are Notified No Later Than 3 Years From The Notification Of This Contract. As An Indication, The Estimated Amount Of The Financial Envelope Reserved For The Design, Construction, Development, Operation And Maintenance Of This Operation Is Rounded To €11,100,000.00 Excluding Tax.
