Glasses) – Delivery Of An Incubator For Embryo Breeding. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of An Incubator For Embryo Culture (1 Pc.), Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz, With A Built-In Time-Lapse Imaging System, Intended For Continuous Observation, Registration And Analysis Of Embryo Development Without The Need To Remove The Culture Vessels From The Incubation Chamber, Hereinafter Referred To As The Device. The Device Is To Provide Stable, Precisely Controlled Environmental Conditions And High-Resolution Microscopic Imaging, And Must Also Enable Individual Or Group Cultivation Of Embryos. 2) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Unused, Come From Current Production (I.E. Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025), And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service For The Device. 3) Software That Is Part Of The Subject Of The Order May Not Violate Legal Provisions, Legally Protected Personal Or Property Rights Of Third Parties, Or Rights On Intangible Assets, In Particular Copyrights, Related Rights, Rights From The Registration Of Industrial Designs And Protection Rights For Trademarks. 4) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of The Device Along With Delivery, Transport, Unloading, Bringing It To The Ordering Partys Premises, As Well As Installation, Commissioning Of The Device And Training Of At Least 2 People To Operate And Operate The Device. The Training Should Take Place Immediately After Installation At The Device Installation Site. 5) Order Completion Date - Up To 8 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
