The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Specialized Biochemical Reagents: Dna Isolation, Rna Isolation, Dna/Rna Viral Isolation, Plasmid Isolation, Dna Polymerase, Hot Start Pcr, Real-Time Pcr And Rt Pcr, Electrophoresis Products, Buffers For Advanced Research Of Research Workers Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled: Assortment And Price Sheet, Which Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Document Entitled: Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. General Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party In Parts, Based On Partial Orders Specifying The Size And Material Scope Of The Ordered Subject; 2. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specifications Of The Contract Terms. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Product And Price Sheet - Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, By Providing The Unit Prices Necessary To Settle The Contract, As Well As To Calculate The Offer Price In The Offer Form. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Basic Scope - Basic Reagents, Included In The Assortment Items In Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Optional Scope - Optional Reagents. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged, At His Own Expense And Risk, To Provide The Ordering Party With Safety Data Sheets, Including Safety Data Sheets For Hazardous Substances, No Later Than On The Day Of Their First Delivery Under The Concluded Contract, Except For Cases Where Having A Safety Data Sheet For A Specific Substance Or Preparations Is Not Required. Guided By The Principles Of Sustainable Development, Including Ensuring A Positive Impact Of The Order Implementation, With The Least Impact On The Environment, The Ordering Party Allows And Prefers To Provide Safety Data Sheets In Electronic Form - By E-Mail Or By Providing A Link To A Website From Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Download The Appropriate Document And Decide On The Need/Necessity Of Printing It. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From Part Of The Basic Order By A Maximum Of 25% Of The Gross Value Of The Basic Order, And Thus The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase The Subject Of The Basic Order In The Amount Of At Least 75% Of The Gross Value Of The Offer. 6. In Order To Ensure Comparability Of Offers, The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Reagents Be In Packages Of Sizes Consistent With Those Provided By The Ordering Party.
