The Object Of The Public Procurement Contract Is The Provision Of Supervision Services - Technical Assistance Through Site Managers - For The Investment Objective Improving Urban Mobility In The City Of Negresti-Oaș, In Order To Successfully Implement It, In Terms Of Time, Cost, Quality And Safety Parameters, And In Accordance With The Legislation, Standards And Technical Regulations In Force. The Construction Site Manager – A Natural Person Who Meets The Necessary Education And Professional Experience Conditions, Checks The Quality Of The Materials And Products Put Into The Work As Well As The Correct Execution Of The Construction Works. He Works Within An Entity And Is Responsible Both To The Employer And To The Competent State Bodies, For The Execution In Accordance With The Project And With The Technical Regulations In Force, During The Entire Project Implementation Period Until The Final Reception. He Is The Representative Of The Beneficiary, His Duties Are Not Limited, Participating As A Representative Of The Beneficiary In All Phases Regarding The Conception, Design And Realization Of Constructions, According To The Regulations In Force And Based On The Contracts Established With Economic Agents. The Management Of The Works Will Be Carried Out, In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation, For The Entire Period Of Preparation, Execution, Reception Of The Works And The Period Of Notification Of Defects, With Professional Ethics, Impartiality Towards Both The Beneficiary And The Contractor Of The Work, With A Permanent Orientation Towards The Successful Completion Of The Contract. Through The Construction Site Management Services Provided By Specialized Technical Personnel, Authorized In Accordance With The Provisions Of Order No. 1496/2011 For The Approval Of The Site Managers Authorization Procedure, With The Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Aim Is To Provide The Beneficiary With The Guarantee That The Contractor To Whom The Contract For The Execution Of The Works Was Assigned Will Fulfill All The Responsibilities Assumed By The Contract, Will Comply With The Legal Provisions, The Technical Regulations, The Technical Project, The Specifications And The Technical Proposal.
