Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance For Owners Of Motor Vehicles, Referred To In The Act Of May 22, 2003 On Compulsory Insurance, The Insurance Guarantee Fund And The Polish Motor Insurers Bureau (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 367, As Amended) And In Section Ii, Chapter 1 Of Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Oc Insurance Or Oc; 1.2. Auto Casco Insurance, Referred To In Section Ii, Chapter 2 Of Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ac Insurance Or Ac; 1.3. Insurance Of The Consequences Of Accidents Of Drivers And Passengers, Referred To In Section Ii, Chapter 3 Of Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Nnw Insurance Or Nnw; 1.4. Assistance Insurance Referred To In Section Ii, Chapter 4 Of Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ass Insurance Or Ass; 1.5. Civil Liability Insurance For Owners Of Motor Vehicles In Foreign Traffic, Referred To In Section Ii, Chapter 5 Of Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Zk Insurance Or Zk. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Provision Of Services Are Included In The Template Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 4. The List Of Entities For Which The Proceedings Are Being Conducted Is Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. 5. The Insurance Periods For Motor Vehicles Are Indicated In The List Of Vehicles Constituting Appendix No. 9 To The Swz List Of Vehicles - Calculation Of Costs. 6. Detailed Data On The Units And Vehicles Necessary To Assess The Insurance Risk, Including Data On The Subject Of Insurance And The Loss Ratio, Are Included In The Annexes To The Swz No. 8 To No. 10. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.
