The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Computed Tomography Scanner Along With The Dismantling Of The Currently Used One And The Adaptation Of The Rooms Of The Imaging Diagnostics Department To The Needs Of The Delivered One. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form, In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - List Of Required Quality And Technical Parameters, In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program And In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Includes The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. If, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Used, It Should Be Understood That Such Indication Is Each Time Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent. 4. The Term Or Equivalent Means The Offer Of Materials Guaranteeing The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Ensuring The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz. The Use Of Equivalent Solutions May Not Lead To A Deterioration Of The Properties Of The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To Those Provided For In The Original Documentation, Nor To A Change In Price Or To A Violation Of Legal Provisions. 5. Any Names Of Products Or Manufacturers Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Were Used Only For Illustrative Purposes, I.E. To Approximate Requirements That Could Not Be Described Using Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Terms. Any Indicated Names Of Products And Their Manufacturers Are Not Intended To Violate The Principle Of Fair Competition And Equal Treatment Of Contractors. Wherever They Are Indicated, They Should Be Read As Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 6. At The Same Time, The Requirements Must Be Met In Terms Of:  Dimensions And Construction (Size, Type, Physical Properties And Number Of Components);  Utilitarian Nature (Function Identity);  Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, Structures);  Safety Parameters Of Use;  Emission Standards. The Above Requirements Constitute Equivalence Criteria. 7. The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Products Or Equipment Equivalent To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Offered Subject Of The Order Will Have The Same Or Higher Technical, Quality, Functional And Utility Parameters As Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 8. The Trademarks, Proper Names, Etc. Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (If Any) Constitute Only A Quality Standard Regarding The Subject Of The Order. In All Cases Where, Due To The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, The Names Of Products, Equipment Or Materials Are Indicated, It Is Allowed To Use Equivalent Products, Equipment Or Materials, I.E.
