1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Experience Path At Primary School No. 12 At Ul. Strzałowa 15 In Toruń - Stage Ii.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Construction Of The Surface Of The Sensory Path, 2) Delivery And Installation Of Sensory And Scientific Devices, 3) Construction Of The Lawn. 3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Cezary Sowiński, Running A Business Under The Name: Sowiński Studio Architektury Cezary Sowiński; Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Laws, Standards, Construction Practice And Horticultural, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For The Contractor Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To The Swz.5. Provisions Regarding Equivalent Solutions Are Specified In Point 6 Of The Swz.
