The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Gymnasium In The Building Of The School Complex In Borzytuchom (Plot No. 58, Borzytuchom District, Borzytuchom Registration Unit, Ul. Szkolna 1, 77-141 Borzytuchom) As Part Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Gymnasium In The School Complex In Borzytuchom. The Scope Of Works Includes: A. Demolition Works - Dismantling Of The Existing Sports Surface Of The Gymnasium, Door Joinery And Necessary Carving And Preparatory Demolition; Demolition Materials Should Be Disposed Of;B. Construction Of A New System Synthetic Sports Surface On A Wooden Joisted Structure, In Accordance With The Pn-En 14904 Standard, Along With Painting The Lines Of The Pitches; C. Equipping The Gymnasium With A Protective Floor Covering; D. Construction Of An Internal Partition Wall Made Of Plasterboards On A Steel Grid;E. Laying Stoneware Tile Floors With Plinths In Selected Rooms; F. Plastering And Painting Works - Repainting The Walls And Ceilings Of The Gymnasium And Accompanying Rooms;G. Painting The Steel Supporting Structure (Trusses) Of The Gymnasium Roof With Paints For Steel Surfaces;H. Replacement Of Door Joinery - Installation Of Internal And External Doors;I. Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation Supporting Gravity Ventilation - Installation Of Roof Exhaust Fans;J. Replacing The Gyms Sports Equipment - Basketball Baskets And Ball Goals; K. Accompanying And Installation Works Within The Scope Of The Design Documentation, Including, Among Others: Central Heating And Electrical Installation Works. Structural Walls, External Partitions And Window Joinery Remain Unchanged. Existing Installations - Apart From The Scope Indicated Above - Remain Unchanged.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicates The Following Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: The Subject Of The Contract Is One Construction Task Carried Out In One Facility - A Gymnasium In The Building Of The School Complex In Borzytuchom. The Material Scope Includes Closely Related And Consecutive Finishing Works (Demolition, Flooring, Bricklaying, Plastering, Painting, Joinery Installation And Accompanying Works), Which Are Technologically Interdependent And Must Be Performed In A Specific Order By One Contractor Responsible For All The Works, In Particular For The Proper Preparation Of The Subfloor And The Implementation Of A Sports Floor System Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty.
