The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Construction Of 738.26 M2 Of Exhibition Space, Including 8 (Eight) Stands, Located In Five Fair Locations Owned By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And The Development Design Developed By The Contractor, Including: A) 7 (Seven) Stands Located On An Area Of 678.26 M2, As Part Of The Poland Tastes Promotional Stand Good;B) 1 (One) Stand Located On An Area Of 60.00 M2, As Part Of A Promotional Stand Implemented As Part Of A Non-Competitive Project Entitled Internationalization Of Smes - Brand Hub, Measure 2.26, Under The European Funds For A Modern Economy 2021-2027 Program (Feng);2) Technical Support Of Promotional Stands During The Fair; 3) Operation Of Promotional Stands By A Total Of 11 (Eleven) People (Hostesses And/Or Hosts), Including 9 (Nine) People (Hostesses And/Or Hosts) With An Communicative Level Of At Least Two Of The Following Languages - French, Polish, English - To Operate The Poland Tastes Good Promotional Stand And 2 (Two) People (Hostesses And/Or Hosts) Speaking Polish And English And French At A Communicative Level To Operate A Promotional Stand As Part Of The Internationalization Of Smes - Brand Hub Project; 4) Dismantling Of The Completed Construction Referred To In Point 1 After The End Of The Fair; 5) Providing Two Civil Liability Insurance Contracts (Oc) For Damage Caused To Third Parties During The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Agreement, Including: The Organizer Of The Fair And Sub-Exhibitors, In Relation To Both The Promotional Stands Referred To In Section 1 Point 1 Letter A), As Well As The Stands Referred To In Section 1 Point 1 Letter B), Each For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 500,000.00; 6) Taking And Providing The Ordering Party With Photos Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Promotional Stand Implemented As Part Of The Project Internationalization Of Smes - Brand Hub Along With Copyrights To The Submitted Photos; 7) Recording, Developing And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Promotional Film Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Promotional Stand Implemented As Part Of The Internationalization Project Sme - Brand Hub Together With The Copyright To The Submitted Film;8) Taking And Providing The Ordering Party With Photos Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Poland Tastes Good Promotional Stand Along With The Copyright To The Photos;9) Recording, Developing And Delivering To The Ordering Party A Promotional Film Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Poland Tastes Good Promotional Stand Along With The Copyright To The Film; - As Part Of The Sial Paris 2026 Fair (Fair) Taking Place On October 17-21, 2026 In Paris, France.
