1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Village Community Center In Chyżyny, Latowicz Commune. The Scope Of Work Includes Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Description Of The Works. The Contractor, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Carry Out The Task In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Take Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People At The Facility After Its Completion For All Users, In Accordance With Art. 100 Section 1 Of The Act2. The Contractor Should Arrange For The Removal Of Rubble And Other Dismantled Materials From The Construction Site On His Own In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act.3.
