The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Under The Task Titled: Modernization Of Street Lighting With Energy-Saving Lighting. Investment Location: The Investment In Question Is Located In The Chełmek Commune In The Towns Of Bobrek, Gorzów And Chełmek. Scope Of The Investment: The Task Will Consist In Modernizing The Existing Street Lighting In The Chełmek Commune By Replacing (220 Pcs.) Sodium And Mercury Lamps With Led Lamps Along With With Equipment, On The Existing Associated And Separate Networks. Due To The Need To Meet The Ecological Effect, The Installed Power For Modernized Lighting Cannot Exceed 68 Kw. The Maximum Power For Modernized Lighting, I.E. 68 [Kw], Is Understood As The Total Power Generated By Individual Luminaires, Taking Into Account All Losses, Including The Optical System, Power Supply, And Luminaire Controllers Including Catalog Cards (Characteristics Cards) Containing A Detailed Description Of The Proposed Product Range, Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Replacement Of Existing Road Luminaires With A Map With Marked Light Points, The Above-Mentioned Supporting Documents Constitute Attachments No. 1A And 1B. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Replacement Of Existing Road Luminaires With Led Luminaires And Cables Power Supplies, Terminals And Complete Fuse Luminaires, Pole Connectors And Fuses On The Separate Cable Network, As Well As Combined And Separated Overhead Cable Networks - 185 Pcs. - Replacement Of Existing Park Luminaires (Including Decorative Ones) With Led Luminaires Along With Power Cables, Pole Connectors And Fuses On The Separate Cable Network - 35 Pcs., - Obligatory Use Of Led Luminaires With The System Identification, Enabling Downloading Service Information Using A Free Application Available For Smartphones, - Use Of Double-Insulated Yky Cables With A Minimum Voltage Of 750V To Power The Fixtures, - Replacement Of Booms In The Event Of Poor Technical Condition There Is A Need To Additionally Replace The Boom Due To Its Poor Technical Condition, The Contractor Must Replace It With New Ones At His Own Expense. The Length Of The Road Lighting Booms Should Be Selected In Accordance With The Specifications In Annex No. 1A And 1B To The Opz. The Booms Must Meet All The Provisions Of Applicable Standards In Terms Of Required Strength Due To The Existing Wind Zones Poles (If Necessary), - Disposal Of Dismantled Material, - Measurement Of, Among Others, Tgɸ Coefficient, - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Required Consents And Approvals From The Relevant Road Administration (Including The Development Of A Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of The Works Or Other Required Documents) To Enter The Area And Start The Works, As Well As Obtain All Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Consents And Arrangements Required By Law.
