1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of 14 Office Rooms, I.E. Rooms Numbered 233 To 245 Along With The Adjacent Corridor, Located In The Building Of The Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship Office In Olsztyn At Al. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 7/9, Consisting In Particular Of: 1) Replacing Floors, 2) Building Door Openings, 3) Building A Partition Wall, 4) Filling And Painting Walls And Ceilings, 5) Replacing Radiators.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Specified In The Bill Of Quantities In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annexes No. 6.1 - 6.4 And 7 To Swz.4. Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Or Bill Of Quantities May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Certain Materials Or Equipment Elements. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials And Equipment Elements Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Or The Bill Of Quantities, Provided That They Will Ensure The Achievement Of Parameters At Least At The Same Level As Those Assumed In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Or The Bill Of Quantities, And Will Be No Worse In Terms Of: 1) Functional Character Understood As Identity Of Function, 2) Technical Parameters Understood As Strength And Durability, 3) Safety Parameters Use.5. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed. 6. All Materials And Products Used During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be New And Meet The Marking And Conformity Assessment Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213).7. The Equipment Elements Delivered By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Technical Defects, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz.8. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By The Contractor On An Active Facility, Therefore The Method Of Its Implementation Requires Agreement With The Ordering Party In Order To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Office During This Period. Work Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order That Is Particularly Inconvenient For The Employees And Petitioners Of The Office (Work With High Noise Intensity) Must Be Performed Between 5:00 P.M. And 6:00 A.M. On Weekdays And 24 Hours A Day On Non-Working Days.9. The Contractor Will Be Ob
