Tenders Are Invited For Providing Transport Services For Participants Of The Project Entitled Home - Family Co-Financed By The European Union And The State Budget Under The Fepz 2021-2027 Program - Stage Ii

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Participants Of The Project Titled: Home-Family, Co-Financed By The European Union And The State Budget Under The European Funds For Western Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Implemented In 2026 And 2027, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project.2. Transport Concerns Transporting Participants From Their Place Of Residence Or Stay To Choszczno To Classes Within The Project And The Integration Festival, And Returning Them To Their Place Of Residence Or Stay After The Classes.3. The Area Of ​​Choszczno County Is 1,328 Km² And The Length Of County Roads In The County Is 468 Km. The Distance Between The Most Distant Points Of The District On The North-South Axis Is Approximately 47 Km, And On The East-West Axis This Distance Is Approximately 57 Km. The Distance From Choszczno To The Furthest Town In The District Is Approximately 38 Km. In Turn, The Distance From Choszczno To Dobrzany In Stargard County Is Approximately 31 Km.4. The Ordering Party Refrained From Dividing The Order Into Parts Due To The Nature And Specificity Of The Service Provided. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Organization Of Transport Of Project Participants From The Entire Choszczno District, With The Transport Routes, Number Of Participants And Class Schedules Being Variable And Dependent On The Current Recruitment Of Participants And The Organization Of Support In The Project. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Result In Organizational Difficulties Related To The Need To Coordinate Services Provided By Several Contractors At The Same Time, Which Could Negatively Affect The Timeliness, Continuity And Quality Of Transport, In Particular Due To The Need To Respond On An Ongoing Basis To Changes In Routes And The Number Of Participants. Moreover, The Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Will Ensure Uniform Standards Of Service Provision, More Efficient Transport Organization And More Effective Logistic And Financial Management Of The Project. The Ordering Party Also Took Into Account The Fact That The Scope Of The Order, Both In Terms Of Value And Scale Of Implementation, Remains Available To The Small And Medium-Sized Sector.5. The Service Includes The Following Transport: A) Transport To School For Parents Classes (2 Groups Of 20 Days Each - Max. 15 People) Transport Includes Transport From And To The Following Towns: Group Iii - Drawno Commune: Drawno - 3 People, Brzeziny - 2 People, - Pełczyce Commune: Pełczyce - 1 Person, Bukwica - 2 Persons,  Choszczno Commune: Wardyń – 1 Person, Zamęcin – 1 Person, Recz Commune: Grabowiec – 3 Persons. Group Iv, Drawno Commune: Drawno – 1 Person, Dominikowo – 1 Person, Kiełpino – 1 Person, Bierzwnik Commune: Klasztorne – 2 Pers., Płoszkowo - 1 Pers., Rębusz - 1 Pers., Kolsk - 1 Pers., Zieleniewo - 1 Pers., Górzno - 2 Pers.B) Transport To Creative And Integration Workshops For Children And Parents And An Integration Meeting (4 Groups Of 5 Days Each - Max. 20
