Tenders Are Invited For Replacing Floors, Painting Office Rooms And Staircase In The Building At Ul. Targowa 13-15 In Toruń

As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Construction Works Consisting Of The Renovation Of Corridors, Staircase And Office Rooms Located In The Basement, Technical Entrance, Ground Floor, 1St, 4Th And 5Th Floor Of The Building And The Staircase. 2. Construction And Assembly Works Will Be Performed In A Used Facility, Which Obliges The Future Contractor To Exercise Particular Care When Carrying Out The Work, Both In Terms Of Quality And Occupational Health And Safety. Taking Into Account The Above, The Future Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present A Detailed Schedule Of Construction Works For The Employers Approval Before Commencing Construction Works. Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Work Area Against Access By Third Parties. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks In The Field Of Insulation And Renovation. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Contractors Obligation To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Partys.
