1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Simplified Design On A Map For Design Purposes And The Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk On Ul. Grunwaldzka. 2. The Task Will Be Implemented In Two Stages: A) Stage I - Development Of Construction And Executive Documentation Along With Obtaining All Arrangements And A Valid Building Permit For The Ordering Party; B) Stage Ii - Carrying Out Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Construction And Executive Documentation And The Obtained Permit For The Implementation Of The Works.3. Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted, The Contractor Will Obtain The Required Opinions, Approvals, Permits And Administrative Decisions For The Ordering Party.4. On The Pedestrian Routes Where The Surface Will Be Constructed, There Will Be Devices Related To Underground Infrastructure (Water Valves, Sewage And Telecommunications Wells) And Above-Ground Infrastructure (Power And Telecommunications Poles). Obtaining The Arrangements And Permits Necessary To Complete The Task Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.5.
