1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Along With Installation Of Equipment And Teaching Aids (Hereinafter Referred To As: Goods) For The Implementation Of Therapeutic And Educational Activities As Part Of The Project Modernization And Equipment Of Primary School No. 6 In Poznań To Improve The Accessibility Of The Facility For People With Special Educational Needs. 2) The Equipment Will Constitute Educational, Therapeutic And Rehabilitation Facilities For The Newly Built Quiet Rooms And A Sensory Room. Due To The Construction Works Being Carried Out, The Facility Will Be Ready For The Delivery, Bringing And Assembly Of Goods After The Completion Of Construction Works And Their Final Acceptance.3) All Devices Must Have The Ce Mark And Comply With The Standards And Directives Allowing For Use In The European Union And Allowing Their Use In Educational Institutions. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Offered Devices Being Prototypes. The Ordering Party Requires That The Proposed Devices Be Brand New, Of First Quality, Unused, Undamaged, And Free From Third-Party Rights. 5) The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period (Or Longer, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer) For The Delivered Devices Listed In The Subject Of The Order With The Door To Door Option (All Costs Of Warranty Service Will Be Covered By The Contractor), Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract.6) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract.7) A Detailed Description Of The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template Together With Appendices, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
