The Order Includes: 1) Preparatory, Demolition And Earthworks 2) Road Works 3) Road Works (Sidewalks, Roadsides) 4) Rainwater Drainage, Culverts 5) Horizontal And Vertical Markings 6) Other Works 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 4 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Design Of The Target Traffic Organization 2) Executive Design Of The Road Industry 3) Technical Design 4) Bill Of Quantities5) Safety And Health Protection Information (Bioz)6) Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sstwiorb)4. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum Warranty For The Works Performed And Incorporated Materials For A Period Of 36 Months.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Apply: Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works Under The Supervision Of E.G. Activities Performed By Manual Workers, Operators Of Construction Machines And Equipment, Drivers. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Employment Under An Employment Relationship With The Construction Manager Or Suppliers. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Information Obligations Provided For In Art. 13 Or Art. 14 Gdpr Towards Natural Persons From Whom Personal Data Was Obtained Directly Or Indirectly In Order To Apply For A Public Procurement Contract In This Procedure.
