Task Title: Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Modular Structures For Cloakroom Facilities At The Municipal Stadium In Stęszew. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Greater Poland Voivodeship As Part Of The Cloakroom For A Medal Program. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Modular Locker Room Facility Located At An Existing Sports Facility, I.E. At The Municipal Stadium In Stęszew. The Facility Will Serve As A Locker Room And Sanitary Facility For Athletes Using The Sports Facility During Its Operation. The Facility Will Be Constructed In The Form Of A Set Of Three Containers With A Usable Area Of No More Than 25 M² Each, Connected By The Shorter Sides (Attachment - Plan). The Complex Will Include Two Changing Rooms (Locker Rooms), Each Of Which Will Be Connected To A Separate Sanitary Facility For Each Locker Room. The Minimum Equipment Of Each Sanitary Room Includes: 2 Washbasins, 1 Toilet Bowl And 1 Shower. Room Heating Is Planned In The Form Of Electric Heating Using Convector Heaters, And Domestic Water Heating Is Planned Using Electric Water Heaters. The Radiators Must Be Able To Set The Minimum Temperature Necessary Only To Maintain The Anti-Freeze Temperature. The Unit Must Be Equipped With Complete Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations Necessary For The Facility To Function In Accordance With The Assumed Functions, Constructed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Installation Should Include Basic And Emergency Lighting, Plug Sockets, Electric Shock Protection And An Electrical Switchboard. Sanitary Rooms Should Be Equipped With Effective Ventilation, Ensuring Proper Air Exchange, In The Form Of Gravity Ventilation, In Accordance With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations. Electrical Power Supply, Water Supply And Sewage Disposal Will Be Ensured By Connecting To Existing Connections Located In The Stadium. The Modules Should Be Designed And Constructed In A Way That Ensures Safe Use. The Ordering Party Provides In The Tender Materials The Concept Of Setting Up And Arranging The Containers. Work Execution Technology: Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Law Provisions, Legal Provisions Regarding Technical Requirements, Protection Of The Natural Environment, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules And Technical Knowledge.
