1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Public Toilets And A Social And Sanitary Room On The Third Floor In The Building Of The Praga-Południe District Office At Ul. Grochowska 274 In Warsaw. Scope Of Works: 1) Demolition Works, I.E.: A) Disassembly Of Sanitary Equipment, Kitchen Furniture, Radiators, Lighting Fixtures And Removal Of Existing Wall And Floor Tiles, B) Dismantling Of Drains To The Extent Necessary To Install New Installations, 2) Construction And Assembly Works, I.E.: A) Construction Of New Sewage, Water And Sewage, Electrical And Central Heating Installations, Including The Installation Of Intake Valves And Inlet Grates, B) Installation Of Installation Structures (Gk Boards For Wet Rooms) With Inspection Grilles, Up To A Minimum Ceiling Height, C) Laying Ceramic Tiles On Floors And Walls Up To The Ceiling Height, With Joints In Accordance With The Color Guidelines; Installation Of Mirrors And Wallpapers, D) Installation Of Electrical Equipment (Sockets, Switches) And Lighting, And Fans With Presence Sensors In Humid Rooms, E) Installation Of Radiators And Sanitary Equipment (White Assembly), F) Installation Of Wardrobes And Kitchen Furniture With Household Appliances (Built-In). Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, Consolidated Text) Employees/Employees Directly Performing Activities Related To, Among Others: Demolition Works And Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Execution Of Sanitary Installations. The Above Condition Will Be Met By Employing New Employees/Employees Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Already Employed Employees/Employees To Carry Out The Order.
