1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Constituting The Equipment Of The Community Self-Help Home In Zdzieszowice, Located In Zdzieszowice 47-330 At Ul. Mountains Of St. Anny 21A.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Bringing, Assembly And Assembly Of Furniture In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In This Specification Of Order Terms And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Contractor Ensures That The Furniture Covered By The Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And That The Furniture Offered Is Brand New, Not Used For Exhibition Purposes, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials Necessary For Assembly And Use), And That Their Purchase And Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose Do Not Violate The Law, Including The Rights Of Third Parties.5. By The Term Brand New, The Ordering Party Understands - Unused, Free From Defects, I.E. One That In Its Entire Production Process Is Manufactured From Elements Manufactured From Scratch, Without The Use In Any Way Of Components Obtained From Other Previously Used Products. All Instructions And Labels Must Be Prepared In Polish.6. Furniture Must Meet Health And Safety Requirements In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.7. The Furniture Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In European Union Countries, Including In Rooms Intended For Permanent Stay Of People.8. All Furniture Made Of Boards Delivered Must Be In The Same Color Range So That They Are Consistent With Each Other, All Furniture Proposed By The Contractor Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party Before Their Delivery.9. All Photos And Sketches Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are For Illustrative Purposes Only.
