Transport Of 17 Disabled Children From Pszów To Wodzisław Śląski, Including 2 Children In Wheelchairs, Respectively To: 1) The Complex Of Educational And Rehabilitation Facilities At Kopernika 71 Street, 2) The Private Rehabilitation And Education Center For Children And Youth With Autism At Osiedle 1 Maja 23B.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Organized Transport And Pick-Up Of 17 Children With Physical And Mental Disabilities On The Route Pszów - Wodzisław Śląski, Wodzisław Śląski - Pszów, 2) Providing Care On The Way To And From, Starting From Collecting The Children From Their Parents/Legal Guardians From Designated Locations Until They Are Transferred To The Care Of A Teacher/Guardian Of The Educational Institution And Vice Versa, The Guardians Assistance During Boarding, Transport And Disembarkation, As Well As Assistance In Unloading And Unloading Loading Rehabilitation Equipment.3.
