The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Development Of Design Documentation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021, On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Functional And Utility Program, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020, On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design For The Task Named; Reconstruction Of The Viaduct In Aleja Wojska Polskiego Over The Utility Road In Częstochowa. The Bridge In Question Was Built In 1975-1976. With A Single-Span, Simply Supported, Beam Structure Without A Separate Platform, The Spans Are Based On Prefabricated Abutments Placed Directly. Due To The Very Poor Technical Condition And The Standards To Which It Was Designed, The Facility Is Not Suitable For Further Operation. Due To The Above, It Is Necessary To Assume The Demolition Of The Existing Structure And, In Its Place, To Design Two New Viaducts For Each Road Separately, With A Span Of 15.00 M In A Structure That Meets The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1991-2 Standard Moving Loads On Bridges, Class I. The Design Should Include The Redesign Of The Necessary Access Roads To The Facility (Road No. 786) And A Class G Road Directly Under The Designed Facilities. - The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To Swz And Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.
