The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Road Salt Along With Unloading To The Storage Yard [Seat Of The District Roads Authority In Sandomierz; 27-650 Samborzec 199] In The Amount Of 550 Tons.• The Salt Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Standard Pn-86/C-84081/02 Salt (Sodium Chloride) Or An Equivalent Standard. Requirements: Must Meet Hygienic Requirements (Have A Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Hygiene Or Equivalent) And Have Approval Or Other Document Indicating The Possibility Of Use (Certificate, Current Certificate Of Approval On Roads In The Country).• The Delivery Of Salt Covered By The Order Will Be Carried Out In Batches During The Term Of The Contract. - The First Delivery In The Amount Of 250 Tons (In Batches, According To The Reported Demand Within Five Months From The Date Of Signing Contract). - Second Delivery Of 300 Tons (In Batches, According To The Reported Demand In The Autumn Months, By October 10, 2026). • Deliveries Will Be Made By Self-Unloading Vehicles, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Only Means Of Transport That Will Not Affect The Quality Of The Transported Material, In Particular Its Moisture Content. The Number And Efficiency Of Means Of Transport Should Guarantee Timely Deliveries. • Delivery Form - Loose Salt Without Packaging • The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Quality Of Individual Batches Of Road Salt. If Salt Is Delivered That Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Material Will Be Left At The Contractors Disposal. • Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Pzh Hygiene Certificate, The Ibdm Opinion With Attachments (I.E. Test Results For Road Salt Or Equivalent Documents Allowing And Confirming Technical Parameters Issued By Relevant Units In The Eu) Confirming The Use Of Salt For Road Sprinkling. Documents Prepared In A Foreign Language Must Be Submitted With A Translation Into Polish. Above Documents Must Also Be Provided Whenever There Is A Change In The Source Of Road Salt.
