1. Desktop Computer – 1 Pc.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Desktop Computer For The Ordering Party With The Parameters Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz).1.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Rzeszów, Ul. Lwowska 100.1.3. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. It Is Not Allowed To Offer Refurbished, Demonstration Or Exhibition Devices. 1.4. Devices Must Be Purchased Through The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Serviced By The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Service Partner Of The Manufacturer Within The Eu.1.5. Modifications Between The Manufacturer And The Ordering Party Are Not Allowed.1.6. The Delivered Device Must Have The Latest Stable Software Version Installed, Available On The Equipment Manufacturers Website On The Date Of Equipment Delivery.1.7. The Contractor Provides The Necessary Power Cables For The Devices.1.8. All Work And Configurations Performed Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Best Practices Of The Manufacturers Of The Solutions Provided. 1.9. The Device Should Be Ready For Operation Without Additional Costs.1.10. Minimum Warranty Period For Delivered Devices: 24 Months On-Site With A Response Time Of The Next Business Day.1.11. Device Delivery Time: Maximum 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.2. Softwarea Software License For Advanced Creation Of Photographic Panoramas And Processing Images From Multiple Shots. The Software Must Enable Automatic And Manual Combining Of Photos Into High-Quality Panoramas, While Maintaining Full Control Over The Image Matching And Correction Process. Detailed Functional And Licensing Requirements Are Described In Annex 1 To The Swz.
