3.2.1. Part I: Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Transport Of Disabled Students From The Przemęt Commune In The School Year 2026/2027 To The Zss In Wolsztyn: A) The Term Transport Of Disabled Students Should Be Understood As The Transport Of Students From The Place Of Residence Of Each Student (From Each Students Home) To The Special School Complex In Wolsztyn Before The Start Of School Classes And The Transportation Of Each Student From School To The Place Of Residence (To The Students Home) After The End Of School Classes. B) The Service Covers The Transport Of Approximately 17 Disabled Students On A Route Of Approximately 350 Km Per Day. The Number Of Daily Trips Is Approximately 6.C) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Children During The School Year, But Not More Than The Number Of Seats In The Vehicle Indicated In The Offer. D) The Daily Transport Route May Be Modified Depending On The Needs Arising From The Organization Of The School Year, The Number Of Daily Trips And The Number Of Students Using The Transport, Which May Result In A Change In The Number Of Kilometers Traveled. However, These Changes Will Not Result In A Change In The Unit Price Of The Service Per Kilometer. E) The Transport Of Disabled Students Must Be Correlated With The Start And End Times Of School Classes Resulting From The Lesson Plans Of The 2026/2027 School Year, Including Exams, The Beginning And End Of The School Year, Etc. All Students Must Be Brought To School No Later Than 5 Minutes. Before School Starts. Transport Times Must Enable The Transported Students To Start School On Time. F) The Transport Of Disabled Students Must Take Into Account The Shortest Possible Travel Time. G) Before The Start Of The 2026/2027 School Year, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree With The Director Of The Special School Complex In Wolsztyn The Pickup And Delivery Times Of Students, The Transport Route, The Number Of Daily Courses And The Number Of Transported Disabled Students. H) The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Actual Number Of Kilometers Traveled, I.E. For The Route Actually Completed - From The Moment The First Student Boards On A Given Route Until The Last Student Alights On A Given Route. The Vehicles Must Be Equipped With Certified Equipment Enabling A Disabled Person To Enter The Car In A Wheelchair, I.E. An Elevator Or A Ramp, They Must Have Seat Belts, Including Those For A Person Transported In A Wheelchair, And Belts For Securing Wheelchairs.J) Each Vehicle Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order Must Be Equipped With An Efficient Video Monitoring System Recording Images In High Resolution (At Least Full Hd), Covering The Entire Interior Of The Vehicle. The System Cannot Record Sound (Audio). The Device Must Have The Function Of Automatic Data Overwriting After 14 Days And Be Protected Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, Including The Vehicle Driver.
