Part No. 1 - Aids For Speech Therapy Classes. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper Securing, Transport, Unloading And Bringing In The Assortment, As Well As For Any Damage, Shortages Or Incompleteness Identified Until The Acceptance Protocol Is Signed Without Any Reservations. The Place Of Delivery For This Part And The Possible Division Of The Assortment Between Units Is Determined By The Appropriate Opz And The Ordering Partys Instructions Provided During The Execution Of The Contract. The Delivered Assortment Must Be Brand New, Complete, Safe, Free From Defects And Ready For Use In Accordance With Intended For Use In Educational Institutions. The Scope Of This Part Includes In Particular Aids For Speech Therapy. The Exemplary Names Indicated In The Opz Should Be Understood As A Reference Point For The Level Of Required Functionality, Quality And Didactic Usefulness, With The Possibility Of Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With The Swz And Opz. The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Includes The Delivery Of The Range Of Products Described In Detail In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Relevant Opz Covers 20 Product Items And Specifies The Minimum Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters That Must Be Absolutely Met By The Offer.
