1. Part 1 – Purchase And Delivery Of A Flail Mower.2. The Flail Mower Must Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 24 Months Before The Delivery Date. 3. The Costs Of Transport To The Ordering Party Are Borne By The Contractor.4. Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. Nature Education Center In Umianowice, Ul. Landscape Parks 7, 28-404 Kije. 5. Domestic And Foreign Transport, Including Insurance, All Customs Duties, Stamp Duties And All Other Fees - On The Contractors Side.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Have Confirmation Of Admission To Trading On The Domestic Or European Market (Eu Declaration Of Conformity, Authorizing The Product To Be Marked With The Ce Safety Mark) And Must Be Marked With The Ce Safety Mark.7. The Mower Must Meet The Provisions Of The Regulation On Occupational Health And Safety When Operating Tractors, Machines, Tools And Technical Devices Used In Agriculture And Have An Operating Manual In Polish.8. The Flail Mower Must Be Suitable For Storage Outdoors Or In An Unheated Garage (I.E. Closed, Ventilated Rooms Where The Use Of Own Or External Heat Sources Is Not Expected).9. Warranty And Service Requirements: The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Should Be Fully Operational And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Opz. 1) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Delivered Flail Mower For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order By The Representatives Of The Parties. During The Warranty Period, All Repair Costs, Including Travel, Costs Of Materials And Spare Parts, With The Exception Of Materials And Consumable Parts Subject To Natural Wear And Tear, Are Borne By The Contractor.2) Repairs During The Warranty Period Will Be Completed Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification.3) Maximum Repair Time - Up To 14 Days From The Date Of Notification For Repair By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows For An Extension Of The Repair Period In The Event Of The Lack Of Availability Of Elements/Parts To Be Replaced, Justified By The Contractor, Or The Occurrence Of Other Factors Beyond The Contractors Control That Affect The Repair Date.4) Fulfillment Of Warranty Obligations Will Be Carried Out By Transport And At The Contractors Expense.5) To The Extent Technically Possible, Repairs Will Be Performed At The Ordering Partys. If Repairs Are Necessary At The Service Center, Transportation Is At The Contractors Expense.6) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Inspections Required By The Manufacturer.
