Tenders Are Invited For Transport And Drop-Off Of Students To Schools In The Wodynie Commune In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, Based On Tickets.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, Excluding The Winter Break Period And Other Days Free From Teaching In Educational Institutions For Which The Wodynie Commune Is The Managing Body - Based On Monthly Tickets Purchased From The Contractor For Students Of The Following Educational Institutions In The Wodynie Commune: The Order Is Divided Into Tasks. Each Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Tasks. Task I: Transport And Return Of Students To Schools - Primary School In Ruda Wolińska, - School Complex In Wodynia, The Service Covered By The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Take Place As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport In National Road Transport, In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended). Later Changed)2. Students Will Be Transported Under The Supervision Of Guardians Provided By The Contractor. The Guardian Must Be An Adult Person Approved By The School Principal, It Cannot Be A Bus Driver. In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Bus Transporting Students, The Guardian Takes Care Of The Transported Students, Ensuring Their Safety Until A Replacement Vehicle Arrives. 3. Transport Is To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Regular Transport Lines Established By The Contractor, Based On Monthly Tickets. The Contractor Will Develop Optimal Delivery Routes And Bus Timetables Based On The Information Contained In Annex 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Present Other Solutions For The Routes Of Transport And Pick-Up Of Students Than Those Proposed By The Ordering Party Only In The Case Of Solutions That Are More Practical, More Effective And More Beneficial For The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Will Establish The Final Timetable In Consultation With The Ordering Party And The Principals Of Individual Schools - In A Way That Takes Into Account Students Punctual Arrival To Classes And Return After Classes At School.5. Regular Transport Lines Must Be Arranged And Marked In Such A Way As To Enable Students To Travel By Bus From The Town Where The Student Boards To A Given School, And From The School To The Town Where The Student Boards, While Maintaining The Safety Standards Applicable To Road Passenger Transport, As Well As Adapting The Number Of Trips And The Capacity (Number Of Seats) Of Buses On Individual Routes To The Number Of Students Transported. 6. In Winter, Vehicles Transporting Children Must Be Heated, And The Exit Steps To The Buses Must Not Be Covered With Ice Or Be Slippery. 7. Stops Must Be Located In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Children And Other Public Road Users.8.
