Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Fittings And Compact Heating Stations

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Materials In Accordance With The List Of Material Specifications, The Specification Of The Heating Node And The Terms Of The Contract, Constituting Annexes No. 1, 1A And 6 To The Terms Of Reference Of This Procedure.2. The Quantities Given Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Allows For The Purchase Of Smaller Quantities Of Individual Materials.3. The Ordering Party Allows For An Increase In The Order Of Individual Assortments Within The Limits Permitted By Supplementary Orders.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Specified In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Consist In The Delivery Of The Scope Covered By The Option, I.E. The Delivery Of Compact Heating Nodes. The Desire To Exercise The Option Right Will Not Require Concluding An Annex To The Nn. Contract, Will Be Based On A Written Notification Sent To The Contractor. If The Optional Order Is Not Awarded, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Optional Order Will Be Fulfilled On The Terms Specified For The Basic Order.5. Delivery Of Material At The Suppliers Expense.6. The Proper Names And Type Designations Of The Devices Provided In The Specification Are Only Used For The Correct Selection Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Properties Of The Products Required By The Ordering Party, Which Include In Particular: − Diameters, Assembly Method, Installation Dimensions, Overall Dimensions, Operating Side. − Operating Temperatures And Pressures, (Kvs For Control Valves And Differential Pressure), Adjustment Ranges, Lifting Height, Hydraulic Resistance, Etc. − Materials Used, Type Of The Serviced Medium. − Voltage And Rated Current Value, Electrical Consumption Power, Regulation Method.7. The Ordering Party Uses A Node Monitoring System Based On Ecl Portal From Danfoss. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Weather Controllers Enable The Use Of The Above-Mentioned Service.8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Automation Components Come From One Manufacturer.9. As Part Of Additional Orders, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Order Of Individual Assortments By 30% In Relation To The Basic Order.10. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Will Not Be Lower Than 60% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract.
