1. The Subject Of The Order Is Catering Service For The Municipal Kindergarten Kujawski Zakątek In Skibin In The School Year 2026/2027 And 2027/2028. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Catering Service For The Municipal Kindergarten Kujawski Zakątek In Skibin In The School Year 2026/2027 And 2027/2028.1) Preparation And Delivery Of Meals (Breakfast, Lunch) From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2028 (Excluding July 2027 And July 2028)2) Meals Must Be Delivered Every Day, 5 Days A Week, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Days Off From Kindergarten Classes, For Children Aged Kindergarten Children Aged 3-6 Who Attend The Municipal Kindergarten In Skibin.3) The Expected Number Of Nutritional Sets During The Duration Of The Contract Is 41,580. One Set Includes: Breakfast, Second Breakfast And A 2-Course Dinner. Minimum Daily Number Of Delivered Sets - 5.4) The Contractor, No Later Than 7 Business Days Before The Beginning Of Each Subsequent Month Of Providing Services, Will Establish And Submit Menu Proposals For The Following Month To The Ordering Party For Approval. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Menu.5) Meals Must Be Varied And Of High Quality, Both In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Weight And Aesthetics, And Also Take Into Account The Polish Culinary Tradition. Meals Should Meet The Following Conditions:5.1. Breakfast: Milk Soup Or Milk And Milk-Derived Dishes, Sandwich, Vegetable, Tea, Etc.5.2. 2Nd Breakfast: Fruit (Including Seasonal Fruit), Milk Desserts, Tea, Drink5.3. Lunch: Should Consist Of Two Courses And A Drink, Fruit (Including Seasonal Fruit).5.4. The First Course Of Dinner Should Be Soup Made With Vegetable Or Meat Broths (Bone Broths Should Not Be Prepared). If The Soup Includes, For Example, Potatoes, Noodles Or Groats - They Should Not Be Repeated In The Second Course.5.5. The Second Course Of Dinner Should Be Rich In High-Quality Protein - Meat, Fish, Eggs, Cheese, Etc., Combined With Potatoes Or Other Products From The Cereal Group, I.E. Various Types Of Groats, Pasta, Dumplings, Etc. Fish Should Be Served Once A Week.5.6. Dinner Must Be Rich In Vegetables Served In Various Forms, E.G. Peas With Carrots, Beets, Salad, Lettuce, Etc. And Fruit (Including Seasonal Fruit).5.7. Please Remember To Include Complete Protein In Each Main Meal.5.8. Meals Should Be Varied And Balanced. Enriched With Spice Mixtures.6) All Prepared Meals Must Comply With The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 16, 2026 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item.
