Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Management Of Waste Code 20 01 27* - Part Iii

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Waste Management Services (In The Process Of Recovery Or Neutralization, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 Or Annex No. 2 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste) In The Form Of Waste Code 20 01 27* - Paints, Inks, Printing Inks, Glues, Adhesives And Resins Containing Hazardous Substances, In Quantities Estimated 35 Mg, Approximately 5 Mg Per Loading, From One To Two Trips Per Month Provided By The Ordering Party, Together With The Service Of Their Successive Collection/Transport To The Place Of Their Use, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Regulations, Decisions And Provisions Contained In The Contract. Note - The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Quantity Is An Estimate Based On The Ordering Partys Previous Experience In The Subject Of The Order, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And Which May Be Helpful At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer. However, The Ordering Party Does Not Declare That The Order Will Be Fulfilled Up To The Full Amount Of The Given Amount Of Waste. The Final Amount Of Waste Does Not Depend On The Customers Forecasts.2. The Place Of Collection Of Waste Intended For Transport And Management Is The Waste Utilization Center Of The Lusatian Communes In Lubań At Ul. Bazaltowa 1, 59-800 Lubań.3. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out Using Transport Organized By The Contractor And At His Expense.4. Loading Of Waste On The Part Of The Ordering Party.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Upon Notification, Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, With A Minimum Of Five Days In Advance.6. Waste Collection Will Take Place On Working Days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays - Statutory Holidays), From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M.
