Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Truck Rental Services

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Trucks With A Driver. The Service Will Consist In Transporting Materials Related To Renovation, Modernization And Investment Works From The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Lipno And To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.2. The Ordering Partys Demand For Rented Trucks Depends On The Needs Of The Construction Sites And May Not Be Continuous (Daily).3. Contractor, To Implement The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point. 1. Will Be Obliged To Dispose Of The Trucks With Drivers Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Vehicles Necessary To Provide The Service In Full Readiness.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Appropriate Trucks And Drivers With Appropriate Qualifications To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order.6. Contractors Will Be Fully Responsible For Meeting The Safety Requirements Resulting From The Operation Of The Car.7. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Will Not Be Lower Than 60% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract.8.
