Tenders Are Invited For Providing Technical (Emergency) Services For Properties Managed By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Lokalowej W Świętochłowice Sp. Z O. O.

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Technical (Emergency) Services In The Scope Specified In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz - Scope Of Technical (Emergency) Services, In Real Estate And In The Area Adjacent To These Real Estate Managed By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Lokalowej W Świętochłowice Sp. Z O. O., The List Of Which Is Included In Annexes No. 1.2A, 1.2B, 1.2C To Swz.2. The Total Usable Area Of ​​The Real Estate Managed By Mpgl In Świętochłowice Is Approximately: 185,028.30 M2 - I.E. 360 Buildings (In Operation, Decommissioned And Covered With Rubble), While The Above Number Of Buildings And Square Meters Of Usable Area Was Determined On The Day Of Announcing The Order And May Change During The Term Of The Contract.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Start Directly Removing The Failure At The Site Of The Incident Within No More Than 1 Hour From Receiving The Notification.4. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Ppu (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).5. Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Contract: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor (Under The Term Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Also Understands Further Subcontractors) To Employ Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277) Of Persons On Telephone Duty - Receiving Reports About Failures. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, Natural Persons Running A Business, Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership, To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform Services For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Employment Under An Employment Relationship Should Continue Uninterruptedly Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, For At Least The Minimum Monthly Remuneration For Work, Determined In Accordance With Generally Applicable Provisions On The Amount Of Minimum Remuneration For Work. The Method Of Documenting Employment Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Rights To Control The Fulfillment Of The Employment Requirement Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
