The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Transport Services For Participants Of Summer Camps Carried Out As Part Of The Project Summer Camps With Culture And Art - Developing Creative Competences Of Children From The Łańcut Commune. 2. The Order Covers A Total Of 10 Trips (5 Trips To Markowa And 5 Trips To Łańcut) Back And Forth, Groups Of Summer Camp Participants (1 Group, I.E. Max. 25 Summer Camp Participants + 3 Guardians) In The Period From July 14, 2026 To August 13, 2026 (Two Trips A Week: On Tuesday To Markowa, On Thursday To Łańcut) 3. Transport Of Participants The Summer Camp Will Take Place From The Headquarters Of The Summer Camp (I.E. 37-100 Łańcut, Wysoka 49) To: • Course 1 - Zagroda Skansen - Markowa Village Museum In Markowa (37-120 Markowa 1500) Approx. 9 Km Number Of People: 25 Summer Camp Participants + 3 Guardians The Task Involves Transporting The Summer Camp Participants On The Route: Wysoka - Skansen; Open-Air Museum - Wysoka. The Planned Stay Of The Summer Camp Participants On Site Is Approx. 3 Hours. • Course 2 - Museum - Castle In Łańcut (37-100 Łańcut, Ul. Zamkowa 1) Approx. 5 Km Number Of People: 25 Summer Camp Participants + 3 Guardians The Task Involves Transporting The Summer Camp Participants On The Route: Wysoka - Zamek; Castle – Wysoka. The Planned Stay Of The Participants Of The Summer Camp On Site Is Approximately 4.5 Hours.4. The Planned Transport Schedule Assumes The Organization Of Courses: 4.1. On Tuesdays To Markowa (I.E. 14/07, 21/07, 28/07, 04/08, 11/08) 4.2. On Thursdays To Łańcut (I.E. 16/07, 23/07, 30/07, 06/08, 13/08). However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Dates Of Individual Courses During The Execution Of The Order, About Which The Contractor Will Be Informed In Advance.
